- Atriplex. genetic diversity of natural populations in morocco
- Nine natural populations of atriplex halimus (forage plant) collected in different regions in morocco, were studied for their genetic variation using isoenzyme polymorphism. Populations differentiation accounts for 8% of the whole diversity. The northern population 'tanger' is highly divergent from the other groups. it appeared that genetic distance between all groups is related to the geographic distance that separates them.

- Date palm culture
- An isoenzyme-based key was established for date palm cultivars identification. cultivars composition of 11 date palm groves were compared. The study confirmed the predominance of date palms derived from germinated seeds and called 'khalts'. The most frequent cultivars were 'jihel' and 'bou-feggous'.
